Roads in England and Wales are at “breaking level” because of potholes, with £16.3 billion wanted to repair all of them, in line with a brand new report.

The Asphalt Business Alliance’s (AIA) Annual Native Authority Street Upkeep (ALARM) survey, revealed on Tuesday, says that solely 6% of respondents mentioned that their native highway community improved during the last yr.
