Yesterday I went my longest experience of the week, slightly below 40 miles in 3 1/2 hours. This was at a brisk tempo for a median coronary heart fee of 116. The climate forecast was for overcast with no rain but it surely turned out to be unexpectedly sunny as an alternative, a really nice shock that made for a soothing experience.
